I Regret Buying the Columbia Bugaboo III Jacket—Poor Fabric and Doesn’t Keep Warm

I purchased the Columbia Bugaboo III jacket expecting high quality and reliable winter protection, but it has completely let me down. First of all, the fabric is terrible—it pills constantly, and the snap buttons cause even more pilling wherever they touch the material. For a jacket in this price range, that’s completely unacceptable.

What’s worse, the 3-in-1 design doesn’t provide any warmth in cold weather. Today in Istanbul’s chilly conditions, I felt like I wasn’t even wearing a jacket. I was freezing. It didn’t insulate or block the wind at all.

I’ll be attaching photos to show how poor the condition of the jacket is after minimal use. Columbia, this product is far from the performance and durability you promise. I expect an immediate response and solution—either a refund or an exchange. I paid a premium, and I deserve better.
