Columbia Sent Me a Used & Worn Jacket – Strong Perfume Smell & Sweat Stains
On February 7, 2025, I purchased a Columbia jacket from the Istanbul Optimum store. Since they didn’t have my size in stock, they promised to ship it from another store, and I agreed. However, when the package arrived on February 11, 2025, I was shocked by what I received.
Before even opening the package, I could smell strong perfume coming from inside. When I unwrapped it, I immediately noticed something was wrong. Checking the collar area, I saw clear sweat stains, proving the jacket had been previously worn! This is completely unacceptable—how can a well-known brand like Columbia send a used product as new?
I demand an immediate resolution. Columbia Türkiye must take responsibility, replace this unsanitary item with a brand-new, unused jacket, and restore my trust as a customer. Fix this now!
