I Bought a Columbia Down Jacket and Feathers Started Leaking
I bought a Columbia down jacket in December, expecting durability and quality from a well-known brand. But just a month ago, feathers started poking through the fabric and leaking out more each time I wore it. I went to the Columbia store in Marmara Park to report the issue. They initially told me since I was an e-invoice customer, returns could take time and suggested I leave without filing a request—they’d call me later. Of course, no one ever called.
I went back again, showed the defect clearly, and they finally sent it in for inspection under request number 2-70731. The result? Columbia claimed it was user error. Are we expected to believe we wore the jacket wrong and somehow made the feathers leak out? What kind of excuse is that?
