Columbia Waterproof Shoes Leaked and Wore Out on First Use

I purchased Columbia waterproof shoes from Olivium Mall, assured of a two-year waterproof guarantee. However, during my first use, the shoes leaked like regular fabric shoes and even started splitting at the sides. This level of quality is unacceptable for a brand that advertises its products as waterproof.

When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, they couldn’t locate my receipt in their system and refused to assist me. These are size 42 shoes, and I expected far better durability and customer service from Columbia.

I demand immediate support in resolving this matter—either by repairing or replacing the shoes as promised under the warranty. This experience has been deeply disappointing.
