Columbia Shoes Leaking and Falling Apart After Purchase

I purchased a pair of Columbia shoes on October 4, 2022, and I’m extremely disappointed with the product quality. The shoes are leaking water, and the back sections have completely torn apart. This is unacceptable for a brand like Columbia, which I trusted for durable and high-quality footwear.

It’s frustrating to experience such issues with shoes that should last longer, especially given the brand's reputation. I kindly request an immediate resolution to this problem, either through a replacement or repair. Columbia must address this concern promptly and ensure their customers receive the quality they’ve paid for. Please take this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest opportunity.
