We purchased a Columbia thermos mug, but the product has nothing to do with the quality that the brand’s name suggests. I deeply regret the purchase; I paid a significant amount of money, yet it feels no different than a basic plastic thermos. The product cools drinks almost immediately. I am requesting a refund of my payment, as I am absolutely not satisfied with it.
