I bought a Columbia jacket as a birthday gift for my spouse just four days ago, only to find it covered in stains that look like water droplets all over the back and hood. I immediately reached out to the Columbia store at A Plus Mall, but they refused both a return and an exchange, despite the clear defect. I never expected such a disappointing experience from a brand like Columbia. I feel completely let down by their unwillingness to address this issue. I request Columbia to resolve this promptly by accepting a return or providing a replacement, as no one should receive a damaged product and be left without support.
