Columbia Jacket Fibers Clumped After Washing – Unable to Fix or Return

I purchased a Columbia jacket and washed it exactly according to the care instructions. Despite following the guidelines, the fibers inside the jacket clumped together and won’t return to their original state. I even tried to separate the clumps by hand, but it only made the problem worse.

I spent a significant amount of money on this jacket, expecting high quality, but it’s now unusable due to the clumping issue. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt, so I cannot request a return or exchange. I deeply regret purchasing this product.

Columbia, I urge you to address this issue and provide a resolution, as this quality failure is unacceptable for a premium-priced jacket.
