Columbia Jacket Leaks Insulation, Waterproof Shoes Letting in Water
Hello, my name is V***** Ş****. I purchased two products from Columbia—a jacket and a pair of waterproof shoes—but both turned out to be defective. The jacket is leaking insulation from the seams, and the shoes, which are supposed to be waterproof, are allowing water to seep through.
When I sent both items for inspection, Columbia dismissed the issues as “user-related problems” and returned them without resolving anything. I paid a significant amount for these items, and I haven’t been able to use them as intended. It feels like either Columbia is selling subpar products or misrepresenting their quality. This experience has been deeply frustrating. Columbia, I demand a resolution—replace or refund these defective products immediately.
