Columbia Crestwood Waterproof Shoes Deformed After 1.5 Months and Were Not Replaced

Columbia Crestwood Waterproof shoes, which we purchased trusting the Columbia brand, became deformed on both the right and left sides after only 1.5 months of use. Despite the clear wear indicating a possible manufacturing issue, the shoes were returned with the claim that there was no material or manufacturer defect. Given the high sales price of the product in Turkey, we expected much better quality and customer service. The shoes were used under normal conditions, making the extent of the damage unacceptable. We believe the evaluation process was not thorough enough, leaving us both dissatisfied and without a resolution. We kindly request a reconsideration of the case and expect Columbia to stand behind its products as a globally respected brand.
