Columbia Rain Jacket Leaking Water

I purchased a rain jacket from a Columbia store, and after wearing it once in the rain, I felt it get soaked from the back. I thought it might have entered from my neck since I didn't have the hood on. However, upon washing it for the first time, I noticed that the front part had worn out.

I handed the item over to the store for inspection on May 3, but it has been 50 days with no response. When I inquired at the store, they mentioned they could only send an email. When I contacted customer service, they suggested that the issue might be with the store sending the email incorrectly. I have never seen such a careless company in my life.
