I purchased the Columbia Hatana Max Outdry model shoes from the The Moosebay store at Akmerkez Mall, and used them for about 12 months for daily wear. However, the upper parts of both shoes quickly deformed and developed holes. At the time of purchase, I was told the product was under warranty, and my invoice number is AKM2024000001427.
Although I sent the shoes in for inspection twice, Columbia did not even examine the product and simply sent back a thank-you note without accepting responsibility. While the store that sold the product was attentive, Columbia as a brand offered no solution. Currently, the product’s sales price is over ₺14,000, and it is unacceptable for such an expensive pair of shoes to deform this way within just a year.
The product is still under warranty, and I have never experienced such an issue before. Since I only used these shoes for daily wear, I request that they be replaced with a flawless new pair.
