Columbia Peakfreak II Outdry Shoes Quality Issues After 7 Months
On August 11, 2023, I purchased the Columbia Peakfreak II Outdry shoes from the Vadi İstanbul store, which came with a 2-year warranty. However, after just 7 months, as shown in the photos, the shoes developed tears and separations. In June 2024, I sent the shoes to the Vadi İstanbul store for inspection, and the response I received was that "there is no manufacturing or material defect in the product."
I paid ₺5,000 for these shoes, trusting the Columbia brand because of the 2-year warranty. Now, the Turkish distributor, Gözalan Group, is not taking responsibility for their product, and I am experiencing significant inconvenience. I demand a resolution for the issue I am facing.
