My Columbia Peakfreak II Shoes Wore Out in 5 Months

I purchased the Columbia BM5953 Peakfreak II Outdoor shoes in Coal Grey, but within approximately five months, the mesh material on the left upper front started tearing, and the right upper front is showing similar wear. Additionally, the soles are collapsing. I am attaching photos for reference. I bought this product for around ₺8,000 from the Eskişehir Espark Gözalan store, and such rapid deterioration is not normal. This experience with the Columbia brand has been very disappointing. Despite sending the product for warranty service, my claim was rejected with a generic response that is hard to understand, as shown in the attached images. I urgently request your assistance to address this issue before I escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
