Columbia Jacket Threads Coming Loose, Fiber Leaking, No Resolution
I purchased a Columbia jacket, but before even wearing it, the threads at the seams started unraveling, and the insulation inside began leaking. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product. I sent it in for inspection two weeks ago, yet I haven’t received any updates—neither written nor verbal.
When I visited the Ankamall store where I purchased it, I was told the claim was rejected. It’s outrageous that a high-priced product from a supposedly reputable brand is so poorly made. Columbia’s response is even worse. I paid a significant amount for this jacket, and it feels like my money has been wasted. Why can’t I receive a replacement or a properly functioning product? Columbia, resolve this immediately—I’ve been waiting 21 days with no solution. This experience has been nothing but disappointing.
