My Columbia Hikebound II Jackets Pilled After Two Months

On February 12th, I bought a women's Hikebound II Long and a Hikebound II Jacket from the Capacity Columbia store. After only two months of wear, both jackets started pilling badly. We didn't wear them all day, every day, or for months on end. Despite reasonable use, these jackets began to deteriorate rapidly within just a couple of months. This is completely unacceptable for products that are supposed to be durable.

I returned the jackets for inspection on April 5, 2025, for one, and May 5, 2025, for the other. It's been well over the promised 21 business days for the jacket I sent in April, and I've received absolutely no communication—neither positive nor negative. Columbia, if you're going to sell products at these prices, I expect you to stand behind them with the same level of care.

This lack of response is infuriating. I'm left with expensive, pilled jackets and no answers. Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately. Provide an urgent update on my jacket inspections and offer a satisfactory resolution, whether it's a replacement or a full refund. Stop delaying and take responsibility for your product quality!
