Columbia Hiking Boots Stain Permanently After One Use
I purchased a high-priced pair of Columbia hiking boots from a store in Istanbul for trekking. I only used the shoes once on a trekking trip, during which they got muddy. However, despite cleaning them multiple times, the muddy appearance never came off, and the product ended up looking permanently dirty after just one use.
For such an expensive product to end up in this condition so quickly was a major disappointment for me. I sent the product in for inspection, but after the review, I was told that the issue was not caused by the manufacturer, and no solution was offered.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering buying this product at this price point to take this issue into account—I personally would never choose this shoe again under the same conditions. I also expect Columbia to use materials that are more resistant to staining and easier to clean, especially for products designed for harsh conditions like trekking.
The trekking boot I bought from Columbia didn't shed mud stains after a single use, and the company offered no solution, claiming the defect wasn't their fault. This left me disappointed, and I no longer expect anything.
