My Columbia Boots Still Stink and Warranty Shrunk

On October 23, 2023, I bought a pair of boots for my spouse from a Columbia store, costing ₺9,000. I was explicitly assured that any initial sweating and odor issues would subside, and that the inspection period for these high-priced boots was two years.
Now, less than a year later, the boots still cause excessive sweating and an unbearable odor, making them unwearable. When I contacted Columbia, they suddenly informed me they've changed the inspection period to one year, effectively voiding the original promise! This is a blatant bait-and-switch. Neither the customer service representatives nor the store manager are offering any help whatsoever. They promise callbacks but never follow through, leaving me completely stranded.
Even cheaper brands don't treat their customers this poorly. I'm utterly disgusted by Columbia's dishonesty and lack of accountability. They sold me an expensive, defective product and then changed the terms of the warranty behind my back. Columbia, you need to honor the original two-year inspection period for these boots and address the sweating and odor issues immediately! Either replace these defective boots with a functional pair or issue a full refund. Stop deceiving your customers and stand by your products and promises.
