Columbia Facet 75 Outdry Boots Leak on First Use

I purchased Columbia Facet 75 Outdry boots, marketed as waterproof, and wore them in the rain for the first time today. After a 20-minute walk, my right foot was completely soaked, while my left foot remained dry. It’s clear the boots have a manufacturing defect in the right shoe.

While I’ve been happy with the brand in the past, this experience has been disappointing. A premium brand like Columbia should not have such quality issues. I request immediate assistance from Columbia to address this defect and resolve my complaint. I trust the company will stand behind its product and rectify this problem.
