Columbia Grand Tek Jacket And Thermal Wear Failed To Keep Warm Despite High Price

Last year, I purchased a Columbia Grand Tek model jacket along with two thermal wear items (one top and one bottom) from the Columbia store in Kanyon. I paid ₺5,000 for each thermal piece and ₺20,000 for the jacket. During the purchase, I was specifically assured that when used together, the jacket and thermals would provide sufficient protection and warmth in cold weather. However, neither the thermals nor the jacket keep me warm at all; they do not provide the protection I expected. I feel I have definitely not received value for the money I paid.

I have the electronic invoice for the products, and since it has not yet been a full year, I believe they are still under warranty. Up to now, I have not contacted Columbia customer service.

I request that the lack of warmth issue be resolved and that the amount I paid be refunded.
