Free Fire Guest Account Lost After Reinstall on Realme Narzo 70x 5G

I play Free Fire on my Realme Narzo 70x 5G, and after reinstalling the game I can no longer access my original guest account. When I try to enter through the guest option, the game opens a completely different account instead of my real one. On my original guest account I had important skins and in‑game progress that I do not want to lose. My Free Fire UID is 1454073064. I contacted Free Fire (Garena) support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my old guest account with all my skins and progress be restored to this UID, or that an equivalent solution be provided so I do not lose what I have earned in the game.
