1win Failed to Credit Multiple Deposits From IDFC Bank Account

I am using the 1win application on my Android phone with user ID 356316***. On three different occasions, amounts were deducted from my IDFC Bank savings account, but these deposits have not appeared in my 1win account balance. On 31 March 2026 an amount of 5,000 INR was debited, on 21 May 2026 an amount of 5,500 INR was debited, and on 30 May 2026 an amount of 11,111 INR was debited from my savings account in favour of 1win. In total, 21,611 INR has been deducted. Despite these debits, the corresponding amounts are not reflected in my 1win application. I raised complaints regarding these missing deposits under reference numbers SPP-307628, SPP-306028 and SPP-392917, but there has been no resolution so far. I also contacted my bank, and they have confirmed that the money was successfully transferred to 1win. I request that you urgently investigate these three transactions, credit the missing total amount of 21,611 INR to my 1win account linked to ID 356316*** or refund it back to my IDFC Bank savings account, and provide a clear explanation of what went wrong with these payments.

Regarding complaint SPP-307628, the deposit could not be verified because the transaction is outside the available review period. At the moment, it is only possible to check deposits made within the last month, so unfortunately this payment cannot be credited.
