1win Deposits Still Missing From Account After Multiple Payments

I am writing to complain about three deposits I made to my 1win Casino account (ID: 71677***) which have still not been credited and for which I have received no proper response from your side. My most recent deposit was 6,000 made yesterday at around 7:32 a.m. In addition to this, I made a deposit of 10,000 on 31 May and another deposit of 2,000 on 1 June, and both of these are also still pending. This is not the first time I am facing this issue, as these deposits have remained pending instead of being added to my balance. I reached out to your customer support but received no response, which makes it very difficult to trust the platform. I request that all three of my pending deposits be returned to me as soon as possible. I expect a clear explanation for this problem, an immediate resolution, and assurance that such issues will not happen again.
