As of today, more than 17 days have passed and the money has still not been credited to my account. I raised a support ticket regarding this issue, and my ticket number is 103765521. However, despite the time that has passed, I have only been receiving the same generic AI-generated replies stating that we are sorry for the inconvenience and are working on it, without any real update, resolution, or specific timeline. I request that my withdrawal of 3410 be processed immediately and credited to my bank account without any further delay, and that I receive a clear confirmation once the transaction has been completed.
