Columbia FST-3070-A Camping Knife Rusted Despite Almost No Use

I purchased the Columbia FST-3070-A model camping knife about four years ago. I never used it actively; it has been kept in its sheath inside my car’s glove compartment since the day I bought it, in case I might need it. A few months ago, I noticed rust forming all over the knife in small patches.
The product is supposed to be resistant to rust, so I was surprised that a knife stored in a protected place and barely used could rust. Although the warranty period has expired, I had high expectations of durability from the Columbia brand.
I bought the product from BİM market, and naturally, after four years, I no longer have the receipt or invoice. I am requesting that my product be replaced.
