Coles Missed My Grocery Delivery and No One Took Responsibility or Informed Me
I ordered groceries through Coles for delivery next-day. But nothing had materialized. When I phoned customer support, they informed me there was a delay and the order will arrive at 5:30 p.m. When I phoned once more at 6:00 p.m., they assured me it was on route. Two more calls later, I was informed at 8:00 p.m. that the store was closed so my delivery wouldn't be arriving. Never once was an email, SMS, or phone sent to let me know how things stood. I had to make several calls to be informed I could either reschedule or cancel the order. Though the customer care agents were courteous, no one really fixed my problem. They just blamed the partner delivery service, so Coles felt unsupported.
