Coles canceled my order last minute due to ‘out of stock’ items, what should I do?

The first thing you should do is to look for any correspondence regarding the cancellation in your Coles account or email. There are cases where we may be temporarily out of stock on some items but have them in stock for the remainder of your order.

If you would like a refund for the canceled items or would like to inquire about possible alternatives or replacements for the products that are out of stock, you may reach out to Coles' customer service at 1800 455 400. Coles may provide a coupon or credit as recompense for certain situations.

To increase the likelihood that the products you want will be in stock, try placing your order first thing in the morning or choose an alternate product.
