I ordered food on the Yemeksepeti app at about 11:30 PM and waited until 2:30 AM, but it never showed up. I kept receiving messages about a “technical error,” and even though I waited a long time, the courier didn’t cancel the order either. The restaurant was closed, so I couldn't reach out to anyone about the problem. I felt totally trapped and overlooked, especially since I ended up in this mess because of the restaurant 'Öncü Döner'.
