My most recent Tesco Groceries delivery experience has really annoyed me. I set up a delivery for Friday, between 5 and 7 pm. Not only did my order never show up, but I also got no notice or justification. I waited till 8 p.m., but Tesco's customer service closed, so I couldn't get any service until the next morning. When I phoned the following day, I was informed the driver failed to deliver my food on time, which was intolerable for a booked service. Tesco absolutely has to work on their service dependability and communication style.
