Coles Sold Me Spoiled Produce Before Its Due Date and Ignored My Request for Help
I recently went shopping at Coles and bought a few things, including some well-within-due-date fresh vegetables. The food was already rotten, shockingly. I was treated completely lack of care when I called customer support to show concern. I inquired why this had happened and sought to meet with a manager, but my plea was turned down and nobody addressed my problem. You would have expected great goods and good customer service for the prices Coles charges, but sadly that was not the case. As consumers, we are entitled to better than inferior goods and should not be discounted when we bring legitimate questions. My choice to purchase at Coles is under severe review since this encounter made me doubt their loyalty to their patrons.
