CoinTracker Won't Release My 2024 Tax Docs Without Forcing a 2025 Renewal

I'm absolutely annoyed with CoinTracker. They refused to disclose my 2024 tax documentation even though I had a valid and fully paid subscription. When I contacted assistance, I was advised renewing for 2025 was the only way I could see my tax records. It is a whole loop fit for a fraud! You presumably have to pay for the subscription for the next year merely to get the tax documentation you previously paid for each year. So, even if your present subscription is active, they retain your docs captive unless you pay more for another renewal. It seems like a trap meant to keep you mired in this circle repeatedly. Fed up and not using CoinTracker once more. Treating devoted consumers this way is horrible.
