Cloudex Tricked Me Into Losing My Crypto Funds Through Fake Investment Promises
The crypto company Cloudex has been calling me for months, trying to convince me to become a member. The calls are made by someone who persuades you, then transfers you to an "investment consultant." I was assigned to someone who guides you through buying and selling crypto. At first, they encourage small investments and seem to know exactly how much profit you'll make. Later, they push you to invest in coins with long strings of zeros, and somehow you end up entering incorrect details. Suddenly, your entire balance vanishes. The risk department then calls, telling you to deposit $1000 or $1500 to recover your money. They make you trade again, only to pressure you into depositing even more, promising you'll profit and save your funds. They throw you into a cycle of confusion and false hope. Eventually, your money disappears again, and you're left scrambling to cancel everything in a desperate attempt to recover your losses.
