I have encountered significant problems with Cloudex Crypto. The positions they opened on my account began to lose money, and when I sought clarification, they nonchalantly dismissed it as just “momentary FOMO.” It became increasingly frustrating as I continued to receive calls from various representatives, each insisting that the one before them was no longer with the company and that they would now take over my account. The frequent changes in staff really undermine trust. At one point, they even asked for money to be deposited into an account that was opened in someone else's name, which definitely raised some serious concerns for me. I am seeking compensation for my losses, as I relied on them to act in my best interest, and that trust has been violated.
