For months, Cloudex, a cryptocurrency company, kept calling me persistently, asking me to sign up. Despite telling them that I had no knowledge of the subject, they insisted, saying, 'You can start with a small amount, and we will also provide training.' Eventually, I was convinced. They directed me to an investment advisor named G*** S***. For about two weeks, we started with small transactions and briefings. Then, one day, after yet another round of persistent persuasion, they convinced me to increase my investment amount, and that’s when everything began. Crypto was bought and sold. Constant transactions… They were sending written notifications of the transactions via WhatsApp. After that, I was asked to execute trades with figures containing lots of zeros. Even though I copied and pasted the exact amount they wrote, I was told that I entered the wrong number and exceeded the margin by far, causing my entire balance to be wiped out. Then, in order, a customer representative called me, shouting, 'What have you done?!'—followed by a call from B*** E*** from the Risk Department. Chaos erupted, panic was everywhere… They demanded that I send an equal amount of money to fix the margin. Later, they made me trade again, only to claim that I had executed the transaction in the wrong direction, wiping out my account once more. At this point, they were so confident that I was naive that they told me my funds were lost and offered to file a claim with an insurance company to recover them. They sent me a contract that did not look official at all. In fact, it contained a clause stating, 'In case of any disputes between the parties, an amicable resolution will be sought first.' And then, they asked me to deposit the same amount I had already invested—as collateral… Meanwhile, heated phone conversations continued. I specifically mentioned the names above—if these people do not actually work at Cloudex, they should know that someone is using their names. The most humiliating part was that... Even at 8 PM, they were still messaging me on WhatsApp, asking for half of the so-called collateral to 'recover my principal amount.' Of course, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office and seek justice.

Ondan sonra bol sıfırlı adette işlem yapmam istendi. Yazdıkları tutarı copy/paste yapmama rağmen yanlış rakam girdiğim, marjinin çok üzerine çıktığım için bütün bakiyem yok oldu. Sırasıyla "ne yaptınız siz" diye bağırıp çağıran müşteri temsilcisi ve ardından Risk bölümünden B** e*** arıyor, ortalık kıyamet yeri, panik diz boyu... Marjı düzeltmek için bir o kadar daha tutar göndermenizi istiyorlar. Daha sonra tekrar alım satım yaptırıp yine işlemi ters yönlü yaptığınızı söyleyerek hesabınızı uçuruyorlar. Artık o kadar eminler ki saf olduğunuzdan, mahvolduğunu söyleyip sizi kurtarmak için sigortadan talepte bulunmayı teklif ediyorlar. Onay geliyor, size bir sözleşme gönderiyorlar hiçbir resmi bir yazı gibi gözükmeyen hatta üzerinde "Taraflar Arası Anlaşmazlıklar: Taraflar arasında herhangi bir anlaşmazlık durumunda, öncelikle barışçıl bir çözüm yolu bulunmaya çalışılacaktır." yazıyor ve toplam yatırdığınız kadar daha yatırmanızı istiyorlar. Teminat olarak... Ve bağrış çağrış telefon görüşmeleri... Bu arada yukarıda isimleri özellikle belirttim bu kişiler Cloudex firmasında çalışmıyorsa bilsinler ki biri onların adını kullanıyor. En acı olanı da akşam 8'de hala " anaparayı kurtarmak için bahsettikleri teminatın yarısını istiyorlar" WhatsApp'tan yazılı olarak...
