Cloudex Accessed My Account Without Consent and Caused Significant Crypto Losses

We became a member of Cloudex Company on behalf of my wife, and our account number is 1129****. While our collateral was $16,122, we trusted the company representative and provided our password. As a result, our account was accessed without my consent, and cryptocurrencies were taken against my will. I was deliberately harmed, and my account was intentionally blocked to prevent me from intervening as the value of the cryptos fell. Our account has now been deactivated, causing significant financial harm. I am filing this complaint and requesting that our money be returned. The transactions, including SLS100 and PDX100, were made without my approval, resulting in losses of $11,517.80 and $5,223.00, respectively. This deliberate act has caused immense distress, and I demand resolution.
