Disappointed with Clinique Morning and Night Set Mascara Quality




I used to love Clinique products, but the mascara in the Morning and Night Set I recently bought turned out to be very bad. It was dried out, almost non-existent. It seemed like it had been sitting on their shelves for a long time. The other products and the bags in the set are great, no complaints there—they're all high quality. However, as a responsible customer, I called customer service about the mascara. I explained that it was dried out and requested a replacement mascara to retain my loyalty, since I couldn't return it after using the other products. They insisted I send back the entire set for an exchange, but I had already used it and couldn't send it back. Sending me just one mascara would have resolved this issue.

Dear Sir/Madam, Customer service did not provide any code over the phone. You responded to me via email, stating that I need to return the entire set for a refund and provided a code, which is correct. I have used the other parts of the products. Therefore, I conveyed this to your customer representative as well. Since the product has used parts, I kindly requested that you only replace the mascara. A brand like Clinique would not incur a loss by sending a single new mascara. Best regards.
