Clinique Eye Moisturizer Arrived Leaking – Refused Exchange Due to Promotion



I purchased two moisturizers from Clinique, but the eye moisturizer arrived with the inner cap improperly closed, causing it to leak into the outer lid. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that, due to the promotional purchase, I could not exchange the item and would need to return it and buy a new one at full price.
This policy feels unfair, and I’m left with a damaged product. Clinique, please provide a suitable resolution, allowing me to exchange the product without additional cost.
