On May 13, 2025, I purchased a Clinique Moisture Surge cream from Clinique Turkey’s official website. When I opened the product, I immediately noticed that the cream had a gritty, uneven texture, which made it unsuitable for use. Because of this, I have not applied it to my skin at all.
There were no visible issues with the packaging or the expiration date, so I find it unacceptable that such a product was shipped in this condition. As a customer, I expect quality control to be much stricter, especially for skincare products that are applied directly to the face.
So far, I have not contacted customer service, but I would like to proceed with a return request. I kindly ask for assistance in processing the return and refund for this defective product.
