Clinique Take The Day Off Products From Online Store Cannot Be Opened

I recently placed an order through Clinique’s official online store (Order No: 6881077634) for two Take The Day Off products. Today, when I tried to use them for the first time, I discovered that neither of the caps could be opened. Despite twisting several times, the lids would not budge. While attempting to open them, my hand even hurt from the effort, but I still could not use the products.

I have used the same product before and never encountered this issue, so this is clearly a packaging defect. I paid a total of 2,200 TL for these items, yet I am unable to benefit from them at all.

Although I understand that I may not have a warranty or formal return/exchange right, I consider this a case of manufacturing fault and therefore request a fair resolution. I demand that the products be either replaced with properly functioning ones or that a full refund be issued.
