Cleanup Photo Cleaner Subscription Dispute Over Unauthorized Billing

I do not know how or in what way I subscribed to the Cleanup Photo Cleaner app. On September 2, 2024, even though I never used the app, two separate charges were made to my credit card without my knowledge. Charges of approximately $5 and $7 were taken after my card number was somehow obtained.

I could not find any place to cancel the subscription or stop these charges. I am requesting that the amounts of $5 and $7 charged to my card be refunded to me and that the Cleanup Photo Cleaner subscription be fully canceled. I also want to be informed about how this subscription was created and how these charges occurred.
