Cleanup App Took Unauthorized Weekly Payments From My Bank Card

I used the Cleanup app only for its free trial. I never purchased or authorized any paid subscription, yet my account was upgraded to Pro and I was charged repeatedly. Between July 1 and August 5, $12 was charged from my Ziraat Bank card every week without my knowledge or authorization. I was not even aware for months that money had been continuously withdrawn from my account.

I reported the issue only by leaving comments through the app. Other than that, I received no notification or information, and I never gave explicit consent to have my subscription converted to a Pro plan. As soon as I noticed the charges, I canceled the subscription, but it is clear to me that the amounts charged during this period were collected without my consent.

I demand a full refund of all amounts charged for this unwanted and unauthorized subscription, as well as an end to these types of unauthorized subscription practices. I also expect Cleanup to explain how my account was upgraded to a paid Pro plan without my explicit approval.
