Google One Subscription Charged My Card Without Permission
A charge of $12 was made today at 11:36 PM to the card linked to my Ziraat Bank account with the transaction description *"Google Google One g. CO/HELPPAY#GB." I did not authorize or initiate this transaction. I never signed up for a Google One subscription or made any purchase for this amount.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription that appeared in my account settings. However, I have not received any explanation as to why or how this unauthorized transaction occurred, and I am now seriously concerned about the security of my card and account information.
This transaction was processed through my Ziraat Bank account in Şırnak, Türkiye. I request a full refund of the unauthorized $12 charge, along with a thorough security investigation of my card and bank account. I also ask that appropriate measures be taken to prevent any further unauthorized transactions and that I receive a clear written explanation regarding the cause of this incident.
