Cleanup App Charges $8 Early and Won’t Respond to Refund Request

I am using the application “Cleanup: Phone Storage Cleaner” on my Xiaomi 13 T Pro, and I was charged before the due date. On 18.01.2026, an amount of ₺354,99 was withdrawn from my account earlier than expected for this service. After noticing this early payment, I applied for a refund, but I have not yet received any response. This situation has created mistrust, as I did not approve any early collection outside the normal renewal date. I kindly request that the ₺354,99 charged on 18.01.2026 be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that my subscription to “Cleanup: Phone Storage Cleaner” be cancelled so that no further payments are taken.
