Eyezy Keeps Charging After Cancellation Attempts
On May 30, 2025, I started an Eyezy Premium Package subscription. However, since the app was completely useless for my needs, I wanted to permanently cancel my account. Eyezy does not allow me to permanently close my account under any circumstances, and every month—on different days—they continue to withdraw subscription fees from my account without my permission.
I have repeatedly emailed their support team in English to cancel my subscription and request a refund, and I have also tried reaching them through live chat. However, I have not received any response to this day. My account is registered with the email address b***********@gmail.com**, and payments are being withdrawn from my Akbank debit card via online banking.
The Premium Package provided no value to me, and the subscription was automatically initiated without offering any proper cancellation option. This situation has caused significant distress and inconvenience. I request that my account be permanently closed immediately and that all unauthorized charges made to my account be fully refunded. I can provide receipts for the payment transactions if necessary.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
