ClarityCheck Charged Without Permission - I Want a Refund

I'm reaching out because ClarityCheck took ₺1300 from my account, and I wasn't aware of it. I just discovered the transaction when I looked at my banking app. I have no idea why this payment was processed, and I certainly didn't authorize anything of the sort. Seeing the charge, I promptly canceled the membership it was tied to. I really hope that cancellation was successful, though, because the whole procedure felt murky and lacking in clarity. I'm requesting a complete refund from ClarityCheck for the unauthorized charge. Furthermore, I demand a clear explanation of the circumstances behind this incident. I'm hoping to hear back from you soon. This whole thing has been a real headache, and all I want is my money back.
