I purchased a one-time membership from the website Clarity Check and paid ₺36. However, without my approval or knowledge, on August 21, 2025, an amount of ₺636.03 was withdrawn from my Akbank account with the description “YDS claritycheck.COM/EU xxxx 1132.” I was not provided with any notification, invoice, or receipt regarding this withdrawal, and during the membership process, there was no information about automatic renewal.
I tried to contact the website, but I could not find a phone number or accessible support channel. The refund and subscription cancellation sections on the site are non-functional and provide no solution. I have not yet initiated a dispute with my bank.
I request an immediate refund of this amount that was taken from my account without my authorization. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue the matter through legal channels.
