Citroen Service Left My Vehicle Unrepaired Twice and Caused Me to Lose 5 Days




The service network is a disaster, completely unworthy of the Citroen brand. I have nothing more to say. I took my vehicle to Kartal Öztek Service 10 days ago because the engine light came on. They said the issue was with the particulate filter. Since they didn’t do anything on Saturday, they caused all my service schedules to be disrupted by Monday morning. They claimed the problem was resolved and handed the vehicle back on Monday. However, a week later, the same issue occurred, and we left the vehicle at the same service center again. We can't reach anyone, there’s no feedback, no information. Their attitude seems to be, “Let the customer deal with it.” It’s all about the sale, and after that, no concern for service. We have seen repeatedly that this brand is a complete disaster when it comes to service. The service network has made me deeply regret choosing this brand. Today is Saturday again, and the vehicle is sitting there for no reason. Meanwhile, I’ve been needlessly suffering for 5 days. Is it fair for a customer to be left in such a situation due to their software server issues? I want you to know that I will seek my rights through legal action.

My Citroen Jumper commercial vehicle has been at the dealership intermittently for 15 days, and they neither provide information nor can we reach them... Unfortunately, due to this period, the work of the vehicle, being a commercial one, has also been disrupted. Not being given a replacement vehicle is another issue, of course... Your Öztek Kartal dealership has caused me distress, and I am complaining.

Hello Citroen representatives, Because you have shown no solution or interest in my problem, you have brought me to the point of selling all the Citroen vehicles in my company. No one is asking what my problem is. Today, as I do every day, I came to the service center and there is no response. I have never seen an automotive brand with such a poor service network.
