Since May 2025, my Citroen C4X has experienced an airbag issue considered a factory defect, and the authorized service center, Citroen Doğu, replaced the faulty part under warranty. However, after this replacement, my vehicle suffered a significant loss in value. When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was only offered a ₺5,000 gift voucher. I request that the same compensation offered to other vehicle owners in similar situations—three free maintenance services—be granted to me as well. I expect my issue to be resolved in the same manner as it was for other affected customers.
