I bought a C4 brand new vehicle from your Citroen Cetas Bayrampasa branch on 01.06.2023. Shortly after a short time, I took the vehicle to the expertise company upon suspicion, the result I received was that the front hood of the vehicle was completely painted except for the two doors to the right, and the micron values did not match each other, they conveyed to me that there were paint errors in the hood in the trunk inside the doors, I received this as a report. When I contacted the Turkey distributor Stellantis, they told me to go to Samsun Demir Otomotiv ® Citroen authorized dealer, I went to the dealer and had the checks done, and we encountered the same result of the appraisal accompanied by a video recording, I conveyed this situation to Stellantis officials again, but even though more than two weeks had passed, the front hood was only adjusted and they said that this situation would not cause the depreciation of the vehicle in Turkey, they have not returned yet regarding other errors and paint processes of the vehicle, the attitudes and behavior of the customer representatives are extremely irrelevant, irrelevant and ignorantly, and upon this situation, I prepared a report by the sworn expert on behalf of Stellantis and I had the vehicle again looked at this situation in Turkey through a notary as a notice. I sent the distributorship, despite the expiry of the legal period, I have not received a return yet, my request is to return my vehicle from the current value, thinking that you are customer-oriented as it is written on your website, I want the costs you have made to be covered by you, I request that this situation should be returned positively as soon as possible. I would like to declare again that Stellantis customer representatives, who are the representative of Turkey, are extremely indifferent and ignorant, I do not think that customer satisfaction and customer-oriented work, as written on your website. Unfortunately, I would like to state that the Turkish automotive sector has a market that is much lower than the normal price of the value of the vehicle due to such mistakes.
