I purchased a brand-new Citroen e-C3 Aircross from Citroen Otosay on 18 November 2025, with a total payment of ₺1,503,000 including ceramic coating, window tint, and winter tires. Within just two days of delivery, I realized that the air conditioning and heating system of the vehicle was not working at all. I immediately reported this situation by phone to both Citroen Otosay and Citroen Türkiye. Despite the issue being identified almost immediately, the service department at Citroen Otosay initially told me that they could only give me an appointment 10 days later. After further calls, they moved this forward to 4–5 days, but although I could have delivered the vehicle as of 20 November, I was only able to leave it at the service center on 25 November 2025, a full week after purchase, due to these appointment delays. During this time, the vehicle remained practically unusable for us, especially under winter conditions, because the heating system was not working from the first day. At the service, I was informed that two parts related to the air conditioning module had to be ordered from France and that the delivery of these parts would take approximately 1 to 1.5 months. Only after that would the vehicle be repaired. I clearly stated that this situation meant that a zero-kilometer vehicle had been delivered to me with a defect in the heating system and that I considered this a defective product. I requested either a full refund or a replacement vehicle. However, my requests were rejected, and I was forced toward the repair option. When I stated that I would take the matter to the Consumer Court, I was dismissively told that I was free to do so. I was sold a brand-new vehicle whose heating system was defective from the moment of delivery, and due to both the defect itself and the long repair process, I have been unable to use the vehicle during the winter. I therefore request the urgent recognition of this vehicle as a defective product, the cancellation of the sale, and a full refund of the ₺1,503,000 I paid, including the amounts for ceramic coating, window tint, and winter tires.
